If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return:
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less trial offer plus shipping and handling. Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Items sold at special events, sale items and discounted items are not returnable.
- Products must be in perfect condition and returned in the original packaging. Any electronic products, DVDs, CDs or software that has been opened in the original box and /or used cannot be returned. Clothes must have the original tags and are unworn, unwashed and have no traces of deodorant, makeup, etc. Defective merchandise is subject to verification and may only be exchanged for exact same item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned products that occur in transit.

- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the original packaging.
For International Orders: No returns or exchanges will be honored for shipments outside the United States.
